1. Use of Website

This website is intended to provide information about our Chihuahua puppies, breeding practices, and related services.
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this website or submit inquiries.
Unauthorized use of this website may result in legal action.

2. Puppy Purchase and Deposit Policy

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit will be applied toward the total purchase price.
All processing fees associated with deposits or final payments are non-refundable.
In the event that funds are returned or refunded for any reason, a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 will be deducted from the returned amount.
Full payment is required before any puppy is released to the buyer.
We reserve the right to refuse service or sale at our discretion.

3. Health Guarantee

All puppies are examined by a licensed veterinarian before leaving for their new homes.
We offer a one-year health guarantee that covers life-threatening congenital or genetic conditions. Specific terms and coverage are outlined in our signed purchase agreement.
The buyer is responsible for maintaining proper veterinary care, nutrition, and overall health practices after taking the puppy home.
The health guarantee is void if the puppy is not examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of arrival.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We offer delivery via approved transport services and flight nannies, depending on availability and buyer location.
Delivery arrangements must be made in advance, and all delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for delays or issues that occur during transport once the puppy has been released to the shipper or nanny.

5. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.
Information submitted through this site is used solely for communication and transactional purposes and is not shared with third parties without consent.
We do not store or share your payment information beyond what is required to process transactions securely.

6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
